Still don't get why the anime changed it from a white deer to a white goat.  White deer are a lot cooler than white goats.  It's also what Bailu Village is named after.

At least this part lasts longer in the game.  You have to walk with Shenhua back to her house after rescuing the deer, and there's lots of conversation options you have.  I used all of them and tried to drag it out as long as possible lmao.
