Nope.  With all the particulate in natural snow from the sky, it's still white.

BTW - you should never eat snow - there's plastics in it.  Ain't science great?

theres plastics in everything. I must be a few percents plastic by now esp w/all the seafood i eat

does it even snow there ever?

We got some about 3 years ago. Maybe once every ten years. Rarely enough to amount to anything. We've had one snow storm in my life. Knocked out the power for a week. Typically, winters are very mild here. But it is our wet season. Rains a lot in the winter here. We have a week's worth of rain in the forecast right now. It sucks, because the summer is when we could really use the rain, what, with gardens and the like.

I imagined those tasting way better than they actually are irl

Depends on the brand. There was one brand at the local natural food / import store that was just absolutely mouth wateringly delicious - both the pistachio and the rose varieties. They haven't carried it in awhile now and it makes a sad. You just really had to limit yourself because you would eat until you got sick.

I plan to try stopping by there next week if it isn't blizzardy to pick up more dried herbs and random weird drinks. Fingers crossed the Turkish Delight has made a return.
