Facebook just doesn't implement their rules/ tos fairly across the board. Shit wont be reviewed on their end at all unless they get a bunch of reports from multiple accounts, and to me it seems like they don't even look into the content very well even then isince they can tell me that the scam accounts I report don't ever breech facebook tos...They clearly do. Facebooks report system might as well be nonexistent it sucks so bad. 1
