You have the opportunity and ability to do so. Meaning, you can do so without much consequence. Think of it like this: You don't really have to call of of work or do too much to get there. One of my employees lives in Henderson and commutes in to LA for work, so clearly parts of Clark County are affordable to make that kind of commute worth it. 1
