Oh shit, time changed.

So if you live in a place where that matters, and you still have devices that don't update on their own...Might wanna get on that shit.

I'm so glad all my shit does it on it's own.....I never knew when it happened and was always either early or late for several hours until someone reminded me.

Meh, It's Saturday and I'm just gaming because i took a nap at like 6pm.....I ain't got shit to do.....Hell, even when I do have shit to do I fuck up and take a nap and get stuck sitting up all night.

Really, the shock for me came because I was level grinding on the switch and the time change fucked with the game and it thought I was cheating by changing the clock....But then it reset and all was cool.

I feel glad about the time shift.

Means I got up at 6, a decent hour.

Instead of getting up at 5, far too early.

I hate it but I made sure to wake and double check my phone so Im not late seeing my hospice patient.

Im tired of working on Sundays. Plus she's been on hospice so long ... like she may never die

......This is a bit dark and maybe kinda morbid buy My ......great aunt Janie?.....Is that a thing....Like is there a grand aunt?.......Ok, sorry, just coming out of the overthinking thread does things to you.

I digress....My very old family memeber was on hospice for like.....I mean, I wanna say (and this can't be right, but I don't see how it isn't) for at least 27 years.....Now hold on, let me be honest...Though we had met when I was smaller and knew her, the first time I saw her bedridden was when we started hanging out on my Aunt Essie's ( her daughter's) porch to party when I was like 12 because she dgaf about us drinking and smoking.  She died when I was like 28 so at least 16 years on that shit.....I like, you probably outlived some of your nurses at that point.

Hey, saw Oklahoma is allowing liquor sales on Sundays now... hell ha. Starting today or something

I have heard NOTHING about this.....Like not a peep, and the store i frequent has a liquor store attached to it.

Then again, they might not have thought it mattered much to me since all I buy is Guinness and wine mostly.....It's rare I step into the liquor store so they could have just been like "it doesn't matter to him"

But not even word of mouth has this hit me.

This one is 103 ... she'll probably still be here when I die.

Im not saying I want her to die ... I just hate I got myself into these Sunday appointments.

But I have to tell her peeps that this is my second to last one. Im giving them one last appointment next month and then they have to find someone else.

>.> guarantee they wont find anyone else for Sundays

I can't believe how much people willing to shell out for a fifth of Crown.

They almost like thirty bucks or something and that's w/ a discount smh.

I seen people drop ludicrous coin in there and it gets me every time.

I don't drink no more but sometimes I pop in just to buy lotto if I don't feel like going all the way over to the main store.

The grocery liquor even has a 1 per customer policy, fancy display and everything for that Crown shit behind the counter.

One dude almost got in a fight cuz he wanted two of them.

Started shouting at the clerk.

The DST transition always reminds me of how stupid and nonfundamental our concept of time is.

Like, if we're committing to the 24 hour thing, and arbitrary time zones, should we also change what five o'clock is for our benefit instead of just letting five o'clock be five o'clock?

If there's a problem with the amount and hours of daylight, do you really gotta change the whole clock versus just shifting your schedule by one instead of pretending you aren't shifting your schedule at all?

iunno, just seems dumb to me.

I love how some places in the country dont even  do it. Like, fuck your time... it's our time... down here.

I vaguely think only half of Tennessee does it or some shit....like you can literally be late in one part of the state and on time in the other.

I could be wrong on this....It think it was something Nabs told me once.
