It pays to be patient and it's no use getting mad over something that the workers have no control over. They're doing their best for probably shit pay.

Most people are pretty cool and understanding, but then there are the people who are not... We once had a customer who actually walked himself back into our kitchen, took other customer’s food out of our oven, and put his food in. Like, how does someone thing that’s even remotely ok to do?!?!

Im not perfect but I try to be better than those people were 1
