Swimmod_Luna
Just now, Naraku4656 said: I have a call at 4 until 5. Shit sucked. My timesheet's already all filled out and submitted for the last 2 weeks.
Naraku4656
I don't have to do a timesheet but people notice if you're not around and are supposed to be. Not for like an hour but like if you're gone for like 3 hours people are going to ask

We have meetings Mondays and Wednesdays but even those if you just shoot a text saying, "Hey won't be at meeting today I'm sick/I'm with a client doing something important/roads are bad/whatever" no one's gonna look into it. Then Tuesdays and Thursdays we need to be around to bring people in for the psychiatrist. I could probably just go in for the meetings and stick around for psych transports and literally nothing else and no one on the team would notice. My supervisor would eventually notice when my productivity was really low but even that would take a week or so probably.

cyberbully
We had an evening meeting at Applebees and now I get to lie in bed and listen to the rain crash on the window. Might bake this red velvet cake and add almonds to half for my daughter, because they irritate my throat.
Distinct Lunatic
Things worked out pretty nicely for me. I was already gonna have a three day weekend because of MLK day, but today was a special day so instead of coming to work in the afternoon I came in around 11, but after only 2 hours of work, work was called off cause of freezing rain coming in, the nice thing about it is we still get paid the full amount for coming into work. So in short, I only worked 2-3 hours today, I get a 3 day weekend, and still get paid the full amount for today and also MLK day. Gotta love govt, union operated jobs. renjifan
Fridays are typically pretty slow for us, so motivation is usually fairly low. Even more so today because it started snowing at 8am and didn't let up until about 4pm, so no one wanted to be there. They were also talking freezing rain, so I ended up using a couple of hours of PTO and heading out early.
Ginguy
I went to the store, and managed to dodge out of going to a very boring (and obnoxious) human rights commission meeting. Unfortunately I got hit up for a sponsorship for a local river management and development group, silver sponsor (yay). Now I gotta find 8 people to fill my table out. Eh, give and take I suppose. The good news is blueberries were on sale, so blueberry pancakes for breakfast tomorrow.
Doom Metal Alchemist
Today was lazier than I planned / wanted. I went to bed at around 9:00 AM. Planned to get up around 5:30 PM to go to my D&D night, but I was too tired, so I texted the group I wasn't going to make it, fell back asleep and didn't get up until after midnight.
