Why is the people that i know that go to church the most

One of my best friends is really religious. I love her to death, we've been friends since middle school, but I've had to tell her that we can't talk religion when we hang out. Anytime I've hung out with her and her church friends, it's like they try to make me feel bad about myself and pressure me into being more religious. The first time I met them, one of them asked me how sure I was that I was going to Heaven, on a scale of 1-100. The very first question out of their mouth, after introductions...

Just makes me feel super uncomfortable, which I think is the opposite of what religion is supposed to be.

Wow yeah and they do that. Force their ideas on others like they need that as reinforcement when all that shit is is a power play

I would've said, "1, because heaven doesn't exist."
