Well I mean... the reason people stop using martial arts for war was because guns and bombs and tanks were slightly more effective. So if someone tank rushes them with a bunch of WW2 era tanks can they stop all that with ninja arts? Is there a point to any of this ninja stuff? Or they just have internet and computers but forgot to develop all the modern weaponry? 1

Yeah that is what I'm wondering haha. It's possible that they developed other technology, but not the weaponry.
