Well we saw her try to conjure her flame cat parts but then they fizzled out, so I guess she tried but it didn't work. I would think he would have at least tried to drop one of those bugs in her pocket to plant evidence on her, but nope! It also makes me wonder about the level of forensic science in this world. Hibana was able to determine that some Infernals were induced by those bugs by testing the DNA and finding the bug DNA inside the person. So is this kind of thing not standard? Especially when everyone is supposed to be trying to find out what causes human combustion? Is Hibana really out of the ordinary for testing the Infernals' bodies and remains?
