Ho Chi Sock
Tell him to go home and wash his nasty ass. I've told people that before. Fuck somebody's feelings, my nose is over here being assaulted by the funk!

Fuck somebody's feelings, my nose is over here being assaulted by the funk! Actually, the better option would be to talk to a manager about it, so they can handle it instead of you. If you approach the topic, that's an unnecessary awkward moment that could affect your time at work more than it already it. Plus, if you go straight to the person, THEY could go to management and cite "abuse in the workplace" or some bullshit and try to get you fired. Not worth it. Take it to management, and keep taking it to management until a conversation happens. If it's really bad enough that you can't deal, and nothing is being done, tell your manager you mean to leave if you're not taken out of this offensive situation. I know, a lot of people are gonna be like, "NAH MAN THAT'S BITCH. JUST TELL THE FUCKER HE SMELLS BAD." But my suggestion is actually the correct way to go about it. Or and just or Wait till they go out for lunch and leave a body spray and some deodorant on their station and watch their reaction when they get back Otherwise get the air fresheners out and give a hint

I wouldn't recommend it if it's a situation where only you could be the one that did it, though. Yeah, unfortunately, the looming issue of HR always prevents you from really getting the point across on things like this.
Ho Chi Sock
Sometimes hints don't work. Sometimes the higher-ups don't care, since they don't have to be around them. Sometimes... You have to take matters into your own hands.

You have to take matters into your own hands. Yeah, but then sometimes you lose your job because other people don't know how to be adults. So you have to try to do it the right way. Because someone has to be an adult. If management doesn't do anything about it, and you can't deal with whatever the issue is, time to find a new job. It sucks, but it be like that sometimes. I used to work with someone who had really bad bo...kept talking to the manager...he did nothing....went above him...they did nothing...we even got complaints about it from customers...so we gave up and kept some lotion in the back and would put it under our nose so that we couldn’t smell it anymore...or gum...ate a lot of minty gum.... oh oh and side note...she would leave and we would have to wash the phones off because they would be greasy and shit
