What is this!? America in 2000?? Well it certainly does fit in with this manga's habit of making everything last as long as possible so everything becomes serious and gripping. That said it's evident by now that the elections are not this arc's main storyline. It's Killua's, who succeeds in convincing his father to let Alluka out of her play-prison to help Gon. But I'm not worried about Killua being killed by her. Because he's Killua, the guy who defeated a ton of losers, and ripped a guy's heart out bare-handed! This may be intrusive to live-commenting during the block because we keep having to refresh the pages every minute, so I just use an ad-blocking plugin.
