I want to try making a chocolate based BBQ sauce, now that I'm torn between, do I want BBQ or chocolate?

I think a chocolate based sauce would be interesting and possibly good.

I think the only way anyone would buy that is if you made it into an IPA.

Oh I don't want to sell it. I want to try making it and eating it.

I have perfected my original bbq sauce. Took a few years to actually perfect it. Lot of trial and error. Now, it is, not trying to sound arrogant, but it's pretty damn good.

But I want to venture further. I need variations. I think the chocolate bbq sauce is where I want to start next.

Eh. It could be a hit or a miss. I'll only lose a few bucks worth of ingredients. 

I have made weirder stuff and it was great. Some of my best dishes have been accidents. 

I don't use recipes. I don't measure. It's just something that comes naturally. Disco taught me the basics, then I went to culinary school, and cooking and creating in the kitchen is something I enjoy a lot.
