Does anyone else just cut their big toe nail with a knife and polisher?

I just can't find clippers that are up to the task.

All the other digit nails, no problem.

But that big toe.

I just pull it off, but my hands have done real work before and can handle a big toe.

Dremel tools are your friend...they can also do dental cleaning!
