I gave myself some kind of indigestion lol

And i never get indigestion. I was feeling some kinda way so this morning i ate 2 McDonalds oatmeals, a parfait, an maple muffin from starbucks, praline pecans, and a huge chestnut praline ice coffee.

Then couldn't get out of bed for 3 hours

NEVER AGAIN

Holy shit....is that the only thing you’re gonna eat today? Say yes....that is already over my caloric intake for the day....

I had this huge biscuit bowl thing from Bob Evans for breakfast (Well, it was at like 2 pm but it was my first meal). A biscuit like 4 times the size of a normal one with home fries, eggs, cheese, jalapeno, and some kind of sauce. Probably had like 2000 calories but I don't think I'll need to eat again all day and it was so damn good I have no regrets.

Yah i never eat that much food in one sitting

And i personally think most of what i ate was fairly healthy...all except the muffin

Even if you stay within a certain caloric limit, this one meal compromise hurts you more than it helps....I get that your not doing it everyday, but it still does it's damage to your metabolism....if you want to lose the weight and keep it off it requires restructuring how your body processes what you put into it...that means scheduled eating times, portion control, and sticking to pre-specified food stuffs....

alright that's it, that's all i'm gonna say....it's none of my business, it was just an itch I had to scratch....totally held back, didn't even mention exercise...

im actually seeing a doctor regarding my weight....sooooo...

I posted about it before. He did tell me to exercise but he said grapes and some seeds are enough as a meal. I posted this before u came back.

Ive been eating 3 small meals during the week at work. I do cheat on sats and suns but at the end of the week ive lost weight
