Good question, I'm not sure either yet. Looked like he was pointing at something behind him, maybe?

Cool.

So like "Follow us"?

yeah...pretty much

edit:

Apparently I misread that scene:

Gon arrives at the topmost tower and sees the Chimera Ant King and Netero who points to the location of Neferpitou.

after watching the episode three times i still don't get why kilua seemed to feel such shame at acting to clear ikalgo's path. or why ikalgo said "you owe me one" instead of "i owe you one".

can anyone fill me in?

Was also confused by that line.

Not really too bothered by all the slo mo and narrating. I think it puts into perspective how intense this is supposed to be. No monologuing, no grand standing. They all know this is now or never time, and they're throwing everything they've got into it. Less talk, more action.

Also not entirely sure where Knuckle fits into the plan at this point. Wasn't he supposed to be dashing to the king? Or is he just the secret weapon in the stairway fight? Maybe we could do with a recap of what folks are actually trying to accomplish in all this mess. Everyone in the stairway keeping one royal guard occupied. Ikalgo is going after Palm I think? Gon and Kill were... also trying to find the king? Were they basically all planning on splitting up and aiming for the king, or keeping the attention of a royal guard, depending on who they ran into first?

From what i can understand:

Knuckle and Shoot are supposed to fight one of the royal guards. i don't remember if they'd claimed a specific one for themselves, but at this point, they're taking on Yupi. Knuckle augmented his part of the pan by pairing up with Meleoron so that his strikes can be invisible while Shoot takes Yupi head on.

Morrel claims another of the royl guard for himself. Pouf is all his. as long as the teams can keep the guards away from the King they're doing their job. and if they can kill the guards, so much the better.

Gon and Killua take the third guard, but they decided early that no matter whch ones the others picked, they would go after Neferpitou.

Ikalgo's on a side mission to find and rescue Palm

And the old men are charged with killing the king while all the underlings keep his potential backup occupied.
