i don't get out much.

i'm dreading/looking forward to it.

if only there was a way to go out in public without actually being around people.

you all get to work on that right away.

my social anxiety wills it so.>:(

The trick is to realize that none of the people around you give a shit about you one way or the other. Just as long as you don't block their view, push them while moshing, crowd surf onto them, or blow your bong smoke into their faces. :D

and the feeling is mutual.

i just wish i had like a physical space bubble.

i could have sworn there was something i saw, where you pay someone to wear a camera and mic, and

actually go out and do things that you want to do, but hate people, and being out in public.

i thought it was a thing.

I have no idea what kind of concert you're going to, but if it's any sort of metal, avoid anywhere near the front of the stage, because that's where the moshing occurs. If you get back reasonably far enough, you should be safe from moshing. I've never had to deal with crowd surfers. You can always be a dick and just not carry them when they come to you. xD When I saw Black Sabbath on their 13 tour in Anaheim the guy next to me was smoking a bong and the wind blew the smoke directly into my face. I let him know that once, and he was quick to make sure his further bong hits did not fly in my direction.

People blocking your view, though. I've got no advice on that one. :|

not metal. i'm actually expecting a fairly mellow crowd. it's also a nice, but small venue.

definitely not a black sabbath kind of crowd.

Who are you going to see?

I can completely understand if you don't want to answer that for privacy reasons btw

Concerts don't really bother me you'll just never find me in the general admission area squished in with tons of other people trying to fight to the front

I hate social things but concerts are amazing. When it's music you enjoy, and you're with people who are enjoying it as much as you, it's truly amazing. You can always find a safe area to chill in too. We sit towards the back.

Even a brief time in a bubble could make you turn to Scientology.
