bnmjy
I had an echocardiogram for heart arrhythmia a few months back. They charged me about 800 dollars. I of course put it off. Now they send me a new bill and I only owe them 20 dollars because of my insurance. They made me stress over nothing. I think from now on I'm gonna wait a few months before bothering with any medical bill.

Sawdamizer
Well, they don't consider medical debt when making loan decisions, just an FYI.

Not calling you a liar .. but I have done underwriting and have never declined a loan for medical since 2010. This is underwriting for many organizations too
Vamped
When I had my cesarean, I owed over 2 thousand dollars. I just called the hospital to make arrangements. They asked how much could I pay every month. I ended up just paying them 20 dollars a month until I got my tax refund and paid off the rest and they were cool with it. They specifically pointed to my medical debt and I asked if it being medical mattered, and they said it didn't and their system would automatically reject anything.
