The client for the at home xbox job i had

..unpaid wages

I checked my incoming mail online and saw the letter on its way.

I remember they promised a raise after training and we never got it. The trainers said they didn't know what we were talking about.

I guess they lied?

Anyway. $1M settlement. IM INTO MONEY! 🤑

Wow, being poor sucks....I wouldn't even pursue a $100 settlement in the amount of time it would take to prove my case.....But you do owe your SIL $200 so you better get them pennies.  You go girl.

Stop talking.

You dont have to prove your case...that was already done and the lawsuit is already settled. You just include your name...usually by filling out a form...and then they send you a check.

This is why lawyers love dumb-asses.

The attorney fees for this are going to be in excess of 60%, the remaining pittance will be divided up among the 7000 claimants, after the attorneys collect whatever other fees they make up on the spot and bury in the fine print.

If they won, you could have opted to never be part of the class action suit and filed your own action for the entirety of the money you would be owed, instead you are going for quick cash because you are greedy and lazy.

Yup yup.

And it was for not paying us while their systems were fucked up. I would rather just collect from the suit instead of getting a lawyer and fighting for less than $200. Duh

Fuggs' is right on this.  She'll be making pennies whether or not she opted out of the class action, and, knowing her, she'd just get screwed over by her own lawyer.  She isn't the best judge of trustworthiness.

Yah with my luck...all of this
