we've been doing 4 sets of 25 reps on everything at the gym this week

today was legs and abs and tomorrow is shoulders. i actually had to buy a sandwich today even though i brought something small because otherwise i was going to keel over at my desk. fucking kill me

depends honestly. lighter than i do normally obviously. for example probably like 20/25 pound weights for dumbbell chest press instead of like 40 or 45 for the last set which is what i do normally

all the carbs...nahhh

but its cool. we have cobbler Wednesdays at work and i totally still ate it...nothing but that...at lunch today lol

who is we, and what kind of work out or  is it to learn to max lift or is it just a workout?

i think i only lift to max lift, i dont workout.  sometimes i buy weight stuff, but i always pawn it.

yeah i know i should go heavier but i'm too afraid to burn out my shoulder again so i try to keep good form over doing heavier weights

carbs aren't bad as long as you balance it out. yeah don't eat a ham sandwich every meal but once in a while won't kill you

i'm going for lean muscle, not getting "big". i'd like to think i'm getting better definition than when i started

well u need carbs for brain function. wraps still have carbs but not too much. and i do things like get hibachi and eat like 2 bites of rice...so more low carbs than none
