Mcdonalds replacing frozen with fresh beef

Its actually just for the quarter pounders which i never eat anyway. I get nuggets or filet.

I wouldn't expect McDonald's to use raw meat. They might (never worked for one so don't know), but many procressed meats are cooked before delivery for sterilization. This would make the most sense for a McDonald's to do since their policy is to get people their orders as fast as possible.

Its raw frozen meat. Used to work there. Also dont think any restaurants have precooked burgers.

Maybe that's why the patties are so small. I assumed they just toss precooked meat in a microwave to get it through fastest without worrying about meat temp.

Nope...flip it on a grill..they use seasoning,too. The buns are also toasted as you order, too..they do microwave the burritos though.
