Was it sweetened or unsweetened almond milk? Sweetened is usually less wattery.

As for the soy/estrogen thing, yeah it's more or less just paranoia. The cases of soy products fucking up men's hormones are extremely rare.

Something to keep in mind if ur paranoid about foods making u ladylike... tgirls around the world have tried to increase their estrogen with these foods in lieu of pharmaceuticals, and it’s never worked for any of them.

Coconut milk is thick and tastey on cereals. You can make it cheap w/dried coconut flakes and a blender too.

I think it was unsweetened. I wasn't aware they made sweetened

Try goat milk? It's easier to digest than regular milk for some people and still has all the 'milk' proteins because it doesn't separate into cream and milk.

Just make sure you get milk and not kefir. Kefir can taste weird and it's more for people who like to drink yogurt because its thick too. 

...damnit. Now I'm going to have to stop at the natural store tomorrow after work because I'm craving goat milk and those weird blue cheese fungus puffs. :D:D:D

One time I tried kefir with live cultures......i didn't understand what live cultures are......i drank almost an entire bottle. I paid dearly.
