Got mine last month with Zelda. Admittedly, I play it less than my Xbox One, but more than my PS4. I just need more games.

They really should have released a cheaper version that didn't come with the dock. I didn't even take mine out of the packaging and don't think I ever will.

There are plenty of people who only use it as a handheld. Releasing a cheaper dockless version wouldn't take anything away from the system, it would likely increase sales, and they could sell the docks separately if someone changed their mind.

The only reason I see to own one would be BOTW, but there's an emulated wii u version that is better, so. Eh.

im loving the switch. i got 6 games for it so far but still want a few more. that would be my biggest complaint that there are too many games! i guess there are still other things but i been really happy with my switch. 

 

games i have- zelda, ssf2, spaltoon 2, sonic mania, sonic forces, mario.

games i want- gunvolt pack, doom, mario + rabbids, axiom verge. 

 

aside from sonic forces, all games play good in portable mode. sonic forces just seems too fast and small at times but i been able to play it. thats the coolest thing about the system being able to play these games both on the tv and on the go.

I've actually never tried it online come to think of it, just local. Need to play that one some more, it's had some updates since the last time I played it.
