i charge up devices i don't use in years every once in a while

does anyone else do this? i can't bear to throw out my old ipod and it can't sync anymore to my library because it's too large so i just charge it every year or so just to keep the battery working

My original DS turned on the last time I tried, even though I hadn't charged it or used it in years. Meanwhile, my 3DS XL has a charge of less than 40 minutes with the 3D turned off.

somethings is wrong with your xl. call nintendo. theyre great abt replacing stuff. i dont have to charge ours for days.
