Tomorrow we have more Walking Dead on AMC and more assortment of movies on Syfy. Since it is Tuesday we once again have the TCM horror nights. This time we have some Hammer movies. I could recommend all of them but if I had to pick one I'd say the Curse of Frankenstein. I am not too familiar with the last two movies on the schedule but I'll go ahead an highlight everything. As noted in the list the Mummy is the Hammer version and Curse of the Werewolf I believe is the only werewolf movie they did although I could be wrong. Anyways enjoy them, they put a new twist on the monster movies compared to Universal. Much like Horror of Dracula does vs Dracula. These are more sexual and gory compared to the Universal versions.

A lighter schedule tomorrow. Not much to really point out either. More Walking Dead on AMC, more Syfy movies, the lighter Halloween side on Disney. The recommended movie is Sleepy Hollow. Either the movie or the Disney short, both are fine. I just like the headless horseman.

Some good stuff tomorrow. Army of Darkness comes on before the Walking Dead marathon continues. A crazy movie you should watch if you never have. 28 Weeks Later is on IFC. It is good but not as good as 28 Days Later. Still worth a watch. Freeform also stars their 13 Nights of Halloween tomorrow. Here we have the first sighting of Hocus Pocus. I have to recommend it. It just isn't Halloween without it. It will be on many more times however. Also don't forget the classic It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown will be on tomorrow as well.

Tomorrow is similar to today but with less great stuff in my opinion but there are some okay things. Ignoring the reruns we have Sleepy Hollow, a movie I recommended a few days ago. I enjoy it even with its dark twist on the classic tale. More Walking Dead in preparation for the new episode this Sunday and the craziness that is Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. I am going to recommend the Conjuring. I don't think I have done that one yet.

A bunch of repeats on Freeform and the continuation of the Walking Dead on AMC. Syfy has some Nightmares late and Disney has more of the Halloween specials. I'm going to recommend Zombieland. A fun wacky zombie movie. There are a bunch of zombie movies and stuff on tomorrow and this one is the most "fun".

Well we have the latter half of the weekend once again. Better in my opinion than yesterday. Plenty of Halloween shows on Nick and Disney while Fox has new Halloween episodes for their shows including the latest Treehouse of Horror. Elsewhere the AMC Walking Dead marathon continues ending with a new episode tomorrow night. For anyone paying attention or watching, does Freeform's schedule look similar? It should since it has mostly been the same the past week. Don't expect much to change. Syfy has a marathon of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies in reverse order for some reason. Finally we also have the weekly Sunday night Dracula movies followed by a few more horror movies on TCM. Included in this is another Japanese horror movie in Kwaidan. It will not be the last this year. I'll just go ahead and recommend the Dracula movies on TCM. Not as good as say Horror of Dracula but hey, it is Dracula.  :pumpkin:

It is once again Tuesday and that means it is once again horror movie night on TCM. The Innocents involves spooky children and their are so other good ones as well but a really nice one is Curse of the Demon. A nice movie with some good looking effects for the time. Lastly the Sixth Sense is on Syfy and well it needs no introduction. I'm going to recommend Curse of the Demon tomorrow though. I really enjoy that one, involves curses and cults and of course a demon.

AMC has a mix of shows from monsterous animals to aliens and predators. Lastly TCM has some kind of horror stuff with futuristic sci fi movies. The Omega Man is probably the most horror since the people are vampire like creatures. I can't remember if I have recommended Poltergeist yet but I am going to anyway. Now we have come to Friday, gateway to the weekend. Some nice things tomorrow. AMC has a good mix of things ending with some Nightmare of Elm Street movies, Freeform has the repeats in case you missed something or want to see it again, CN remembered that Halloween is indeed close and CBS is showing an interesting special for sure, since...well you know, Michael Jackson is dead. Disney gets a special mention here because, while Disney movies are not scary, they will be showing what many have called the "scariest" movie they made for Halloween on tv from their old lineup. Don't Look Under the Bed is creepy at times and I can see why it would scare some kids. Lastly TCM is showing only one thing tomorrow but that is Psycho. I have to recommend Pyscho, the classic horror movie that is way up on people's lists of the best.

A huge schedule for tomorrow given that it is the last weekend before Halloween. I'll let the schedule do the talking for itself. I will note that most of the shows on CN are in 15 minutes intervals so I have combined them into blocks. Also AMC is showing a bunch of the leprechaun movies, strange but it is there. We have such a nice mix tomorrow I am going to recommend something not on the schedule that is also a nice mix or should I say a mix of monsters in honor of old movies with them and such. I recommend the Cabin in the Woods.

Tomorrow is without a doubt the largest Halloween schedule of the season, and it will be larger than Monday and most likely even Halloween. There is plenty to choose from, from the specials on Disney, Nick, and CN to the more family stuff on Freeform or the horror on Syfy. Spike and Sundance have a bunch of Stephen King movies. Comedy Central has a marathon of South Park while FXX has the Simpsons followed by Poltergeist. IFC has a good mix and AMC is showing a bunch of zombie movies ending with a new Walking Dead episode. It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown is on again in case you missed it. And once again since it is Sunday, TCM is showing some vampire movies followed by Haxan and a couple of Japanese horror movies to end the night. I'll go ahead and say that TCM actually isn't showing anything horror on Monday oddly enough so enjoy this because they won't have anything else until Halloween. Even though this is such a big schedule I am going to recommend something not on it, well not exactly. I recommend the original Night of the Living Dead.

Also note that this close to Halloween and especially being a weekend day, I am likely missing things and this will hold true for the rest of the month for sure. So if you find anything feel free to post it here. Enjoy the specials!

The day before Halloween. It does have less but how can you compete with a weekend day? Not much to mention here. A lot of repeats and a good mix among the channels. AMC is having a marathon of Halloween movies all day tomorrow and Halloween. There are actually a lot of marathons this year on Halloween for some reason. I can go ahead and say that TCM has the best lineup on Halloween after being absent tomorrow. I'm going to recommend the Exorcist tomorrow because it is regarded as one of the scariest films out there.

Tomorrow is Halloween, plenty of things tomorrow to watch. There are a lot of marathons tomorrow such as the Hotel Transylvania series marathon on Disney, A Nightmare on Elm Street marathon on Syfy, the Saw movies marathon on IFC, Paranormal Activity on FX, the Simpsons treehouse of Horror on FXX, Beetlejuice marathon on Sundance(first I have seen it at all this year), Halloween movies on AMC, and Hocus Pocus on Freeform. There are other good mixes as well on CN, Nick, and Logo but the best tomorrow in my opinion is TCM. Everything is pretty good tomorrow. They have the Vincent Price movies in House on Haunted Hill and House of Wax, Poltergeist is a classic along with the spooky the Haunting. Add to that the very suspenseful the Old Dark House. They also have the Fearless Vampire Hunters which is a spooky comedy and another Old Dark House movie that is completely different than the suspenseful version, it is very much a comedy. Overall a very good schedule for them and overall. I am recommending The Haunting, it is just a good atmospheric movie that build so much suspense. As I noted earlier in the schedule, IFC and AMC will continue to show horror movies after tomorrow into early November.

Enjoy it and Happy Halloween.

I hate my body so friggin much. The cold and my shitty joints had me stuck in bed and too tired to watch anything >:(. I am feeling better and watching mostly TCM today. Book of Life on FXM is a gorgeous movie though.

I had a cold that went into a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis that I'm just getting over. I know that feel.

Well like I said last year, I probably wouldn't be making one of these this year and I didn't. Just did not have the time. Surprisingly there really wasn't that much on today or yesterday. Being the weekend before Halloween you'd think there would be. Anyway though I hope those of you that watch Halloween movies and specials like I do have found some good stuff his year. I have found my traditional things, saw the Addams Family, Nightmare Before Christmas, Hocus Pocus and that anniversary special that went with it, Beetlejuice, many things on TCM, etc etc.

Saw the new Halloween movie too that was pretty good. There are of course a few days left. Here's hoping you get to see some good things before the season ends. And while I'm not making a schedule I'll just say TCM has stuff pretty much from tomorrow on with a Vincent Price movie marathon showing Halloween night(they've been doing movie stars every Wednesday all month long with Christopher Lee, Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff) and Freeform will have Hocus Pocus all day if you really want to watch that a lot. I think AMC has a Halloween marathon but don't quote me on that. There's other things too of course so enjoy and in case I'm not around here on Halloween, Happy Halloween to you all!

I will add for those that have Cable, one of the Starz channels is marathoning many of the old Universal movies(they are also OnDemand to watch).
