AnimationFan14 Posted August 12, 2017 Author Posted August 12, 2017 Last week on Feels x Feels Killua "No you don't understand" Killua "it's me who is glad I got to know you"
3ngag3 Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Oh for god's sake, just translate the episode title. whut
The1gairon Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Killua you can hug your best fwend. You don't have to hide it! <3
Sandstone Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 I still hold to my theory that killua is in love with him. Also, is Toonami still planning on airing all of HxH? They aren't going to can it part way like One Piece? This chapter should bring in one of my favorite characters if I'm not mistaken.

Sandstone Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 eh, it's a shonen series, no way in hell any of the main characters are gonna be gay, none of the heroic ones anyway Funnily enough, Togashi addressed this popular fan ship on twitter before (which is pretty unusual for an author to do). He simply asked why everyone was shipping Gon and Kilua and joked that they are gay for doing so. Me thinks something is amiss there.

I'm still not convinced, I've watched enough shonen anime to know all japanese authors (now anyway) stop at subtext then make every male character pair off with a random girl at endgame
Sandstone Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 I think it has to do with a difference in views on sexuality between cultures. I've heard and based on what I have observed is that the Japanese tend to believe that sexuality is less cut and dry and more of a scale.

PokeNirvash Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Also, is Toonami still planning on airing all of HxH? They aren't going to can it part way like One Piece? I assume so, it has a concrete point of conclusion unlike OP, not to mention less episodes total than what Toonami aired of OP these past four years.
AnimationFan14 Posted August 13, 2017 Author Posted August 13, 2017 There is something similar about a anime with a card battling system but I can't quite put my finger on it

Roymustang1990 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 There is something similar about a anime with a card battling system but I can't quite put my finger on it Duels masters or bakugan
Gyaos Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 ....If I wanted to watch people battle with cards, I'd be watching fucking Yu-Gi-Oh!.

Roymustang1990 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Kurapika is Misty And who is May supposed to be?
Meilag32 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 This is actually quite like online gaming today. Unless you come in on Day 1 in a game's release, you're instantly F'ed in the A
Gyaos Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Imagine watching the episodes in this arc without any previous knowledge of the series's happenings. You'd think it was just another anime for selling trading cards.
Meilag32 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 ....If I wanted to watch people battle with cards, I'd be watching fucking Yu-Gi-Oh!. Ooo, I'd watch that. Oh wait, I own that.
mochi Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 And who is May supposed to be? Roymustang1990[/member]
Gyaos Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Ooo, I'd watch that. Oh wait, I own that. I think it's entertaining, but I at least knew the rules. I have ZERO CLUE what the rules for this game are.
CorbeauKarasu Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 do you seriously need to eat and drink in this game?
DangerMouse Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Ooh nice they gave us some subs for those cards
DangerMouse Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 I think it's entertaining, but I at least knew the rules. I have ZERO CLUE what the rules for this game are. That was especially one of the best parts of the original Yu-Gi-Oh, you could actually follow the duels.
The1gairon Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Gon, I wanna babysit you. :3 And go with you to get video games. The buff white-haired guy is voiced by Tom Bauer. He's sexy.
Meilag32 Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 Oh look, it's the Loli Bitch. And the Phantom Spiders!
