I'm not a fan of gyms...

Dude you have like 5,000 square feet of empty space in your home... save your membership money and put together a small gym room :P

i have 1800 square feet and don't have enough room for a gym. besides there's a gym at my job so it's easy just to go there and then make a beeline upstairs for lunch

According to a guy I know who trains with a ufc fighter you really only need one dumbell.

He said you really don't need anything over 35 pounds either. He's a vet that was stationed

the same place I was though, and probably still does a lot of the crossfit wads along with

whatever he does with his brother or cousin or whatever. Wish I remembered the guys name.

Apparently he was good enough to get on whatever UFC game I played at this dudes house. >_>

no one's "hugging" anyone....those guys are straight wrecking their bodies and they get seriously underpaid for it...

the general public never fully appreciates the toll combat sports professionals pay and it really gets to me....

:| Even the guy I was talking about that was the ex-military member of this mans family agreed that shit is way overhyped.

:| :| :| :| :| The shit you see in a ufc match can happen in any street fight...I just.  :|

nothing against you, but fuck that guy....

my friend was in a coma and died days after a fight she tortured herself for months training for...

I've seen, first hand, people destroying their bodies chasing dreams in a world where talent and hard work fall prey to bad luck...

What ever the combat sport, the experience is far more raw than what any fuck stick says about his street fighting days behind the midtown Kroger or wherever the fuck...
