He said you really don't need anything over 35 pounds either. He's a vet that was stationed the same place I was though, and probably still does a lot of the crossfit wads along with whatever he does with his brother or cousin or whatever. I've seen, first hand, people destroying their bodies chasing dreams in a world where talent and hard work fall prey to bad luck... What ever the combat sport, the experience is far more raw than what any fuck stick says about his street fighting days behind the midtown Kroger or wherever the fuck...
