Vegeta specifically says Saiyans aging slows to a near stop when they reach their 20's at some point in Super (he also explains this to Bulma in the epilogue of Z when she complains that she's starting to look her age but her husband still looks young and handsome and people think she's a cougar) basically Vegeta and Goku are still physically between the age of 21 and 25 despite being in their late 40's Bulma's agelessness makes no sense though although her Mother still looks 20 and she must be pushing 80 so Maybe Bulma just has really good genes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
