So, Super Saiyan hair can be cut. But wouldn't it change back to its original color after it got chopped off? Well, that escalated quickly. Dabura, basically the Devil, is a good and quick judge of character. LOL the Kais couldn't beat Buu, like that means anything. Heart of pure evil.
