Are you fucking kidding me? And you're in GA? Has that ever happened before? I've never seen anything like that here, although I've heard of the '92 blizzard.
Oh, nah it's legit, they come ashore on various islands for resources they need like firewood and stuff but they aren't actually recognized/accepted as citizens of any country at this point, they live most of their life at sea.
Is it really? I didn't watch it, but I did see a documentary Les Stroud (Survivorman) did on them, living with them at sea for awhile. He got fucking sea sick and was miserable the entire time. Couldn't find that episode of Beyond Survival on YouTube though.
Where's your snow pic at, we need it for posterity
I'm mostly just pissed about this bc it's so unexpected, I was going to go park downtown and walk somewhere to do something really quick at 5 but now I'm just gonna stay in bed until work tonight since it's going to do this for hours and I don't have a jacket.
Yo don't get mad at me for taking your retarded premise to its logical conclusion
No transportation costs and we'll all live like the Bajau sea nomads, what's not to love?
Well dang, I'm in the foothills of the smokies and this is my outside. Tho it is always a few degrees warmer here in the "big city" compared to everywhere else around
Despite the pic it is still coming down, just a shitty camera I guess
Also, no.
I'm just a little north of you and might finish with 2 inches here by sundown. You must be up in the mtns
This is not my shit at all, it only snowed here like twice last year and not until deep into January, really don't want a whole winter of this awfulness
That's crazy how that article didn't even try to explain what the guy was trying to do like that detail was irrelevant or something, like yeah the execution was clearly flawed but he might have been doing something important
