There's alot of stress around. We should all probably engage in healthy coping mechanisms to manage our stress symptoms. That way we could generate a culture that promotes healthy bodies as well as mental health. But really .... probably drink? video games? escapism in general?

Thats the thing though. I think its harder for kids to detach once they get invested. Thats why I think its important not to bring someone you're just casually dating around them. Thats just my opinion though. At this point in my life, we'd have to be super serious for me to let you around my kid.
