Clarity is definitely a 0%. Flavor comes across very sour, very alcohol. You can taste the peach, you can taste the ginger, theres that hint of honeydew. I'm optimistic. The Witcher went over really well, and there's more than enough material in the ES universe to make a standalone series that doesn't just re-hash the plots of the games, though they totally could and itd still have potential. My only hope is that they stick to the lore, but again with the depth of the universe and the "unreliable narrator" being the main style of history in the games, they could probably make something super out-there and it would still fit. Just so long as they don't have any dwarves past the war of red mountain, and if they set it before then to include the dwarves they better not be short. ES dwarves are average height.

People who say that time is a manmade concept are wrong and incredibly arrogant. Not only are they wrong, they're improperly quoting a joke out of context. "Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so." Is distance a manmade concept? Without people there to miraculously make it so, would everything occupy the same exact space? No, of course not. Thats idiotic. Time exists 100% independently of our measurement and perception of it.

Wife's friend was over just now, convinced me to pop open the fermenter and have a quick taste. So its still only 3 weeks old. Its like an orange juice with extra pulp right now. Ginger is strong. Tannins are right where they need to be, peach flavor comes through, and the honeydew actually gives it a very floral taste. Tried sips of my fall batch now that they've aged. Dried out quite a bit over time.

Argued with the in-laws against having a big family dinner (love my niece and nephew, but goddamn kids spit whenever they talk or chew or really anything- and they're still in school full time. Also i'm still dealing with ~300 people per day, many of whom don't wear masks, so im keeping them safe too.). Finally negotiated only coming over for present opening with masks. Probably disappointing folks.
