You Know it's too bad most manga companies don't use the toonami block airings to promote the manga on social media(like when viz promoted the announcement of the jojo part 5 hardcover the night of Jojo Part 5's finale on toonami)

It seems like the topical promo's are taking longer than expected(the one for this episode wasn't ready to air after MHA)and i expect that to be the norm moving forward

it's no secret that the ad-space for the toonami time-slots aren't really that valuable so we tend to get random commercials like those "Truth" anti-vape ads or Kay Jewelers maybe you just get a weird adult swim short segment when there's ads to air(due to that space remaining vacant with no one showing interest) so what are the weirdest ads You've seen run currently on toonami that just seem out of place and ill fitting for the block?

This story line probably would have been a better idea if we learned more about Class 1-B before this.... instead they were just irrelevant for the most part and then comes...The Clash Of A Versus B!

i think one major reason why i enjoy toonami is because i miss when saturday meant something on television and it wasn't just a day for networks to put on filler content

we know a movie's coming and We've seen the schedule change for 5/29 bumping it to the end of block so....does this mean toonami's finally given up on dragon ball? many thought toonami were holding onto hopes that maybe a new dragon ball series would be announced but now that it's clear we'll simply be getting a movie...I'm not sure if we'll be seeing much of DB once the Super rerun concludes

unfortunately the toonami sub-reddit is filled with people who downvote anyone to hell who has even just one negative thing to say about the block either you praise everything that they do or you are downvoted until your post is hidden....

Twitter is no real Substitute though... discord comes close but the one for this message board is merely shit posting....which is worthless for someone like me who mainly comes here to discuss toonami stuff
