I used to enjoy watching toonami but eventually realized the community aspect of watching shows the same time as everybody else wasn’t worth paying out the ass for cable television The toonami discord will say “streaming it doesn’t give you the same kind of enjoyment” but I disagree

Honestly how many people are really using toonami as the primary way they watch anime?

Remember when people thought this year toonami fans would be eating real good

Several marvel manga books got added to the viz manga app and all viz manga subscribers get a 1 month trial code for marvel unlimited meanwhile marvel unlimited subscribers get a 1 month trial for viz manga

One night per week just isn’t much when it comes to consuming anime and like I just stated cable television is too damn expensive to justify holding for toonami

It’s been months since I even watched toonami I ditched cable long ago and i decided I’m better off watching my anime on streaming services than to continue holding onto cable television when so many of the channels have turned to absolute crap

To be honest this season was too frustrating for me and I’ll be a lot happier not dealing with more of this next season

Speaking of them thoughts on them so far. Have these match ups turned out like you thought they would?

But was it really worth flushing most of the year down the toilet for one show? People watching demon slayer in droves on streaming doesn’t mean jack shit for toonami There’s no incentive for me to stay up to watch DS on toonami after I have already seen it on cr

I think it’s fair to say this year was a dumpster fire for toonami and them likely paying out the ass to get demon slayer back doesn’t change that If anything it makes me disappointed that they’ll sink so much time and money into something that most fans likely watched somewhere else long ago

Why are they so impatient for a rerun?

There’s just no reason to bank so much on demon slayer when we all know if somebody really wanted to watch that then they would have done so by now. Most people aren’t waiting around for toonami to air something

I just can’t be excited for this because I watched this stuff long ago on crunchyroll(same goes for S2/S3) and I was convinced demon slayer returning to toonami would be like hell freezing given previous demarco comments on how uncooperative Sony was being

on the bright side i got 12 points from Jakobi meyers and i still have a chance to win if Puka nets me 18 or more(which could happen)

didn't know he would score 27 fantasy points i wasn't even sure I'd be starting him because "Houston Texans" aren't known for doing that great
