i'm used to the southern thing, which is chili, onions, and mustard. it's basically a similar flavor profile though. rather tasty actually. though my gut will likely file for divorce in the morning.

i think technically 190 proof is as strong as you can get. my understanding is that it's physically impossible to distill pure ethanol.
