I remember the guy as being ultra right wing (off the deep end style). I ignored the IM. Maybe it was an alt, trying to get a rise out of me...wasn't there someone who had a ton of alts, one being Mirage Knight?

2017 - Father died, (cancer) Aunt died (alcoholism), good family friend died (West Nile Encephalitis) , all within 6 months. Moved my Mom in with me. 2019 - Employer changed hands. Mgr left, but recommended that to keep myself and my coworker, the company take part of his abandoned salary and give us raises. I was stunned when I was given a 5 figure raise (that s**t don't happen) but also figured that it could be a problem later. I was caught up in the last downsizing of the year. Got 20 wks. severance. Less important stuff happened too.
