As per printer I tried that shit with the printheads numerous times never solved anything On a different topic- Man my Surface Pro sucks ass, I can't watch video for too long on it without the display getting all jittery and flippy dippy, seems like something gotta be defective but I doubt there's an easy or cheap way to fix it, I was able to fix a bad display issue on my old Mac for free at the time no fucking clue if I'd be able to do the same in this case would strongly doubt it
