She asked if more people had been promoted to leadership in a meeting we all were in. They were nasty and told her she didnt make the cut. Now we are all having lunch and talking and she started crying because of it.

Because shes been waiting for the promotion to Senior (the promo i just got) since September. Thank god with my big mouth i didnt tell her i got it in less than 3 months. 😯
