I keep cleaning mh glasses. I dint know whats wrong but j cant see!

I take off a lot from work but ive been sticking in there since last year when i ran out of all my points for calling out last October. Well im already out of points for the year BUT This month is my permanent hire date anniversary and i checked my sick time accrual because ive been nervous i wont have the time i need to see my psychiatrist this month WHELP To my surprise because ive been there for so long my accrual rate has DOUBLED. This job is kinda slack in that no one can explain all our benefits and shit ..but this was a happy surprise. I get like half a day sick time a week. Ill be set! I can even schedule a lot of sick time off if i dont get approved for FMLA (im sure i will get FMLA tho but u never know) And even with fmla with the high accrual rate i dont have to worry about taking a pay cut when im out sick with anxiety or manic or couldn't sleep blah blah blah
