The words "anime" and "hit" don't mix.
The people who made AOT a hit here or jumped on the anime bandwagon because of it have learned to hate dubs with a passion. The sad fact is that the art form known as Japanese animation has outlived TV's usefulness, and Neo-Toonami's viewers (2012-current) who may have been introduced to said shows have abandoned the block to find shit themselves (and not in English as that's the Devil to neo-weebs). In others words, Toonami has created the very thing that will kill it.
Then again, Nielsen ratings for cable's most likely being phased out as nobody's fucking watching Conan, Mr. Robot, or Twin Peaks (at least not live).
