In Battle Of Gods, Bulma accidentally says she's 38. But that has to be a mistranslation (Mai says she's 31 in that movie, which is WAY off). In Goku's case: He's 12 during the 21st Martial Arts Tournament, three years pass between that and the 22nd which makes him 16 there, 19 at the end of Dragon Ball, 20 at Gohan's birth, and 24 at the beginning of the Saiyan Saga. Counting all the years he's been dead, he's 25 during Namek, 26 at Trunks, 29 at Androids / Cell, and 36 for Buu. Add the 3.5 year time-skip between the end of Z and the beginning of Super, that would indeed make Goku 39 and Bulma 43.

JoJo this week got some of the worst retention I've ever seen. Is the flamboyant manliness too much for people?

Really? Huh... Did it change time-slots or something? Is the story taking a more serious tone than usual?

We know it's already taking on aspects from every existing GITS story, so I'm not worried about that. I just hope this movie is well written, sticks to the themes GITS is supposed to convey, and the visuals to not totally suck.

So...a show about a potential rapist giving relationship advice while playing nu metal?

Used the same music from '95 GITS too. Still not 100% convinced on some of the visuals though.

I'm more of a fan of the '95 movie and manga. They feel more otherworldly and involving to me while SAC just feels like a cop procedural set in the future. I do genuinely enjoy 2nd Gig as it feels a bit more exotic than season one and closer to what I feel Ghost In The Shell should be (also helps the animation isn't as cold and stiff).

What I thought...the show was made in an earlier "false" HD (540p) which is why the picture looks blurrier than most of the other shows on the block (for reference, all the Bones shows between Eureka 7 and FMA: Brotherhood were produced in the same resolution). Oddly, the opening CGI is only 480p while the images in the end credits are full 1080p. Now, I discovered something very upsetting that may be of controversy; but I don't think I like Stand Alone Complex anymore. Like at all. It was a bummer to come to terms with that after being so terminally bored with that episode to the point where I was begging for it to end.

Or know someone that works in real estate? If so, anyone have any fucked up stories involving open houses and whatnot? I'm trying to compile as much together to get to work on this TV pilot.
