I do this....I only consume 1200 calories a day....if I exercise I can consume 1600... i typically eat what I want but it has to fall into those parameters.... and of my own choosing I don’t eat starch’s, or drink anything but hot brewed unsweetened decaf tea or water...

I’m on a diet and my S.O. takes me to dinner at this place that only fucking serves fried chicken.... i got the one thing on there that had no chicken.....Was unimpressed....
