its a catch22 i want one big enough that i wont accidentally squish, can look at me without thinking im giant and super superior, and could give me a painful bloody bite. but i dont want to get my neck clamped and bleed out in 60 seconds from a nicked jugular. cant really have a big lizard without the danger why are necks so vulnerable?

burning gas produces some moisture. so a gas oven is more humid. many many people are saying the humidity isnt as good for roasting as a dry electric oven.
