I may have responded to someone's complaints about the ending montage of Riko, Reg and Nanachi preparing to set out intercut with shots of the mail balloon making its way to the surface feeling like the montage of a rush through the rest of the plot of Promised Neverland Season 2 before reading him go "oh, my mistake", rendering my comment on the whole ordeal worthless, and because this site still won't allow you to delete your own posts I had to edit my response out.

I was thinking more of a 1AM start time for the MiA movie, but hey, as long as they air it, I'm content. If not, I'll just do the usual thing where I watch it super close to the wire before season 2 starts. Kaiji on Toonami would be awesome, especially if they followed up both seasons with Tonegawa. All those shows are great. The title's technically "I'm Quitting Heroing", but considering how the first three episodes haven't had anything that would trigger Turner/Warner Discovery S&P's banhammer much to my surprise (seriously, I was expecting at least one shot of bare boobs based on the character designs alone), I wouldn't mind seeing it on Toonami. Would definitely put my content rating clips in jeopardy though. At this point, Mob 2 and its fellow sequels are desperate pipe dreams. Akudama Drive would be crazy though and I whole-heartedly welcome it.

I can't believe I forgot to count the random loli in the list I made of "women who appeared in the most Ho Yay Shenmue episode yet" last week, but I guess I didn't need to since it was Joy this entire time. 😅 I'm holding out hope a season 2 comes our way, even if it ends up being the anime fan's equivalent of the endless wait that eventually wasn't for Shenmue 3.

Or hope Demarco gets Dawn of the Deep Soul for a good price without S&P shutting him down.

Half of E Class wants to save Koro-sensei because he's too cool to kill/let self-destruct, the other half wants to kill him because what even was the point of them being an assassination classroom, Karma and Nagisa almost kill each other over it, and Koro suggests everyone do paintball/capture-the-flag to determine which of the two methods gets done, because it's way more civilized than the alternative. Looked and sounded pretty straightforward to me, I can't imagine what problems you were having understanding it. Really, the only question I have is why Kimura was on the red team. I could've sworn he went for blue during the seeding portion.

That last episode of Shenmue had to be the most homoerotic thing I've seen (that wasn't porn) since SyFy aired Descendants of Darkness. Seriously, I counted only three women in that episode, and one of them didn't even share screentime with Ryo! Nami's backstory is still tragic as hell, possibly even more tragic, but my inner child still can't comprehend what Oda was thinking with Bellemere's hair. On a lighter note, I (unknowingly) celebrated National Anime Day yesterday by spending $30 on Discotek's DVD of the 1971 Lupin Green Jacket series at the closest thing I have to a local Half Price Books. It's sub-only, but I'm okay with that.
