    It's the moment it's made clear Ginjo's the true antagonist of the Fullbringer Arc, so in a way, the unflatteringness was the intention and it succeeded perfectly.

    Actually, reception for Alternative is somewhat decent, it's just that everyone's concluding the Japanese side thinks it's bad because of a few harsh yet vocal critics.
