To trigger you. But seriously, after first seeing that comic, I toyed around with the idea of photoshopping Asta into the last panel because of the whole nun fetish thing. I temporarily scrapped it after I couldn't find an image of him tearing off his shirt while striking a pose - the image of him I used was the closest thing I could find - but after last episode more or less implied he also has a bit of an S&M fetish (see: him asking Sister Lily to water-punch him a second time), I decided to bite the bullet and finally make that image. As for why it's the header, that's because the people who usually make the episode discussion threads are really fucking lazy this week for some strange unexplained reason, and since that screwed over my plan to post it in the thread that, I dunno, Ben would've made instead, I decided to make the thread myself, putting the image in like I would have anyways.

Beats me. As mentioned above, the only guess I can come up with is that everyone else got collective amnesia.

I'm not too surprised by this, not after they stabbed the audience's back by suddenly cancelling Bojack Abridged. Guess my theory that they were gonna do a shorter-form abridgement of it as a service to the fans as an April Fools' Day video just went up in smoke. Still, it was a good run. A longer run than necessary, but a good one.

So I was browsing /co/ tonight and took a look inside a nomination thread for a little competition they're holding to see which Western animation industry individual is the biggest douche, fittingly named after the South Park episode "Biggest Douche in the Universe". And guess which two anime VAs got "nominated" back-to-back? I disagree with both of these for various reasons - Blum is far from being a douche no matter his political retweets, and I can't just bring myself to dislike Monica no matter her purported actions during the whole Mignogna incident - but for both these posts to be next to one another is pretty interesting, considering they're [as]/Toonami anime dub stalwarts. But mostly, it's because they're the headcanon VAs for two of my favorite OCs and this coincidential sequencing was too good to pass over.
