    99 percent of them are power trip fantasies. Reverse Isekai "The Devil is a part timer" is liked by many. Have you guys watched Tanya the Evil and Overlord yet? OP characters but done right. As opposed to say.... "In another world with My smartphone."

    I've actually commented on this before, that the downfall of many anime/manga is that Japanese authors in particular seem to feel the need to continually top themselves. So you often have a very strong season 1 followed by an absolute convoluted mess until it escalates to the point where you either fight god or become god.

    I wasn't a fan. Didn't hate it, just found it to be an average forgettable Shonen. The response on the boards was pretty middling as well.
