it was cool. wish it was better. like a better script. and more in-depth and shit. also, TV villians, The Hand, fucking sucks. Comic book counter-part, The Hand, were much much better. well pretty much everything is better in their comic book counter-part. plus, "the Substance" is never explained at all nor the giant remains of bones of what i'm suspecting is dragon bones. other than that they're mystical and substance. 6/10 because of the dope soundtrack and fight scenes and random moments that redeem this terrible start of the defenders.

it was interesting but mostly fan-servicey. kind of like the other one they did, The Killing Joke adaptation. except it was mostly nonsense and non-batman-ish with adult humor sprinkled through out. i still love harley quinn though with the banter and all.
