we decided to see what exactly we were going to do with the 2 extra we had from new year's. so ...we smoked it. then sliced it thick and fried it. you like bacon? this is bacon, but way WAY better. made some home made bread, cole slaw, bbq sauce et voila. a twist on a po'boy.
