discolé monade

right now, i have a sparrow family that returned to their nest on the front porch. mama and papa repairing the nest. so cute.

i was just starting 'babylon berlin', and i here a thud against the window, went outside and found him, just sort of...lying there, wings spread, legs in an ackward position, honestly thought he wouldn't make it, mid scooped him up, and his beak was open, at least he didn't break his neck. so, must be a broken wing or leg. i got a box to put him in, and as he got in, he just stood there. ok...not sure about the leg, because it was just...weird looking. so, i sat there with him, in the box, him looking at me, beak finally closed. then, he started moving around... then a little jumping, so, i put the box on the roof of the car (because of my cats) and SWOOOOSH he flew out up into the pecan tree. he was so cute. but young. they look like this but he didn't have the red yet, or the fluffier head. SO CUTE. and mean looking. but cute. that is my second animal saving in a week. saved a turtle last week on the highway!

i think this actually became a mosh~posh of all things good and funny. i only added this in case there were parents out there trying to homeschool, and wanting to know how to get the kid moved to another classroom. >.>
